There is no doubt she genuinely cares about her clients and making sure they have the best experience possible, even when it's not always during the best circumstances. She took all things into consideration when I was looking to list my property. She helped guide me along the way to make sure the house was top notch before listing it. Because of her through attention to detail and expertise of the market I was able to close just 44 days after she listed my property. She was very responsive and always happy to answer any questions I had. Not only was she my agent during this chaotic time, she was also a friend, and some days my therapist. HAHA! She helped to keep me calm throughout the entire process and even came over to help finish packing on moving day! 5 stars are not enough to rate for Belinda. I met over five years ago when my wife and I were looking to buy a new home. Belinda was an agent at an open house in Good Springs and we immediately just loved her energy. We looked for almost a year and found her late in our search. We had problems in the past with another realtor and we expressed our concern with her of what we had been through. She was friendly, genuine, honest and humble. A wonderful person, enjoying life who loves to smile. She never put any pressure on us as buyers and in the end, just wanted us to be happy. During these long months, we literally lived out of boxes in a small apartment that we absolutely hated, but we didn't want to buy a house and settle for something we wouldn't be happy with. Fast forward a few months, we found our dream home, in our dream subdivision come up. She helped us make an offer on the-newly listed house, sight unseen while over 6000 miles away on our honeymoon. We negotiated a few times virtually and within hours was locked in, to a house we had never stepped foot in. Meeting Belinda started with a business transaction and left as great friends.
