Imagine you had a property that you needed to sell, but you needed to sell it for the highest price in the shortest time. 99% of the time, you would need to choose EITHER highest price OR shortest time. "Listing" with Julia Krusac meant my wife and I didn't have to choose. I said "listing" because our vacant lot was never actually listed.
