I bought my house with Leah, and I honestly say this without exaggerating there is no better agent than her. I first met Leah as a client through family members who also had purchased with her, and later had the opportunity to work alongside her team, and that only made me respect her more. She is extremely smart and strategic, but what really sets her apart is how much she actually cares. When my husband and I first started thinking about buying, we didn’t even qualify yet. As immigrants, the process can feel confusing and overwhelming especially dealing with income, IRS things, documentation, all of it. Having a Brazilian agent in Georgia who speaks Portuguese made such a difference for us. She explained everything clearly and gave us a real plan instead of just saying “come back later.” During our process we had some bumps (including a mistake on my end 😅), and I remember feeling so stressed. She didn’t. She stayed calm, found solutions, and made sure we didn’t lose any benefits. That’s something I’ll never forget. If you’re looking for a Portuguese-speaking agent in Georgia, a real estate agent who truly understands the immigrant journey and how to navigate buying a home in the U.S., or simply the best agent in Georgia, she is the person you want in your corner. Closing day felt like such a relief. Not just because we bought a house, but because we knew we had someone fighting for us the whole time. Forever grateful.

Sue Jennings and the MEV team exceeded our hopes and expectations. Sue is highly knowledgeable, diligent, connected to useful people (handyman, services, etc.), compassionate and caring, and best of all - communicative. She never “dropped the ball” even on a small detail and has great follow through. “Thank you, Sue and MEV Team!” A+
