But in particular he suggested a different area I didn’t consider, and I ended up picking the area he suggested because I really liked it. He was very attentive throughout the entire process and stayed in contact with the sellers trying to work with them on my behalf when they became difficult. We had several challenges that we faced but he helped get it through. I’m happy to have worked with him and would use him again.
