I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience with Brit Patterson. Brit arrived for our initial meeting with a thorough packet of information about her process along with the comps. My first impression was how knowledgeable about the market and how professional and welcoming she was. We talked for awhile discussing and answering all my questions. I was nervous to sell our home but she made me feel very comfortable and was a very calming presence. Once I was ready to list the house, the photographer arrived within a few days and took beautiful pictures and drone shots. Throughout the entire process, communication was my #1 concern.
