I had a great experience! Solomon is very knowledgeable with the different types of grants and down payment assistance programs. He is also an experienced realtor and knows the market very well. He knows what homes to look at and what homes to stay away from. He truly listens to what you want and will help you to find it. He took the time to answer all of my questions and was very patient with me. He really went above and beyond for me. I felt that he had my best interests at heart the whole time and wasn't just trying to get me to buy anything. He always gave me an honest opinion and helpful advice. I would recommend him to anyone who is ready to buy a home!!!
