We hired Dylan to sell our house. One of parents was dying, and we needed to leave quickly. Dylan handled EVERYTHING. The estate sale. Cleaning out what was left over. Minor repairs. All in addition to the usual stuff. We decided on a price relative to another house in our neighborhood. Given the way the market is slowing down, it didn't sell quickly. We lowered the price once and received a good deal -- about $15k more than what other realtors had quoted us. I would definitely recommend Dylan as a realtor.

When we weren't finding many options in our preferred neighborhoods and price range, Ashlee presented us with several outside the box options that we hadn't considered. She also introduced us to intown neighborhoods we didn't know existed! When we finally put an offer on a house and went under contract, Ashlee was always available to answer our questions, as well as deal with the other agent, our lender, and our closing attorney. At closing, our lender asked me where we found Ashlee because she was "great." I wouldn't hesitate to use her again or recommend her.
