Earlier this year we decided that our family needed a reset which included a move to Georgia. We were referred to Mrs.Kellye Rose to help us find the perfect home in Gwinnett County. Kellye listened to our requirements and quickly found properties for us to see within a 48 hour window. Kellye structured the viewing of the homes in a smart and strategic manner. She scheduled the viewings to provide adequate time to see multiple properties during specific blocks of time with breaks in between which reduced the likelihood of beginning overwhelmed. It still amazes us how we were able to see over 20 properties and ultimately found a home that met all our requirements. Kellye worked diligently with the seller’s realtor to manage the contract process and was readily available for all pre and post closing appointments since we were out of state. Dori has a very in-depth and detailed understanding of the processes when selling a property and purchasing a new one. I would recommend Dori to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. She clearly holds herself to a high standard and demands her clients receive a high level of customer service not only from her, but from all parties involved in a buy/sell. She is a natural client advocate and the type of person you want in your corner with all of the subtle unknowns of real estate transactions. My husband and I have gutted (to the studs) and renovated three houses in our 30 years together, personally doing all the work and living in the midst of all the construction---WITH four kids and up to three dogs! We've worked with 10 different realtors on five real estate transactions in four states. These were not investment properties: these were all homes that sheltered our lives and held our hearts in one way or another. In other words: it has always mattered deeply how our property was handled. We've had some good and some painful experiences buying and selling houses, so I can state with qualification that Bianca is the BEST agent we have ever worked with; hands down. Here's what makes her better than the other nine: - She listens. She doesn't come into the relationship as a driver, touting her expertise, which she has plenty of. Her approach is to patiently guide the client where she's invited. - She is very responsive. (In fact, I might even accuse her of working too much!) But, real estate never sleeps, so I completely respect that an agent's availability can make or break a deal sometimes. Her attentiveness certainly benefited us when a deal got rocky. She also had no problem being persistent when necessary. - She is willing to get her hands (and clothes) dirty. My husband is our inspector due to his construction background, and Bianca climbed into dusty attics and dank crawl spaces, slogged through the jungle of a yard during a rainstorm, and proactively brought tools! She even got him some galoshes for one showing when he was flying in from NY to GA to see a property. - She is not over-confident. I sooo appreciate that she was able to share resources (including expert contacts) when we needed them and that she will chew on a dilemma before offering a solution or suggestion. - She has integrity. I've known Bianca since 1995, and she is as authentic today as she was then---just a little older and wiser---and just as beautiful inside and out.

My wife and I highly recommend using Monica as your realtor. We had a lot of lead time before we listed our house. Prior to listing, Monica visited with us twice over a year and a half to understand our goals and timeline. She was very helpful providing advice on renovations and decorating that would be worth doing and on which items we should leave ‘as is’. Monica always provided constructive feedback with sound explanations. She was always friendly, personable, positive and energetic. The end result was a contract at our full asking price without ever having to put a ‘For Sale’ sign in our yard. Monica was very responsive at any day or hour and always professional throughout the contract and closing. She was a perfect fit for us.
