Matthew did a fine job on the sale of an older home. Answered all of our questions and kept us up to speed throughout the process

I was a first time home buyer so I was worried, stressed, and confused as to what to do, expect, and so many other things. Matt solved every single problem that I had, relieved every worry, and made this a very streamlined process for me. He often went outside of his scope and would advise on things even outside of his own wheelhouse. When a lender was completely unavailable, he handled the situation. When we didn’t know where to begin, he showed us the way. When we didn’t know so many things, he was immediately solving the problems and sometimes before we even had them. I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone. He wasn’t just a realtor, he was a friend, a guide, and everything we’ve needed.

Matthew was the best and most reliable person to have in our corner. As first time homebuyers - Matthew was thoughtful and intentional to explain the process to us and guide us each step of the way. He went above and beyond working with us on multiple properties until we found our forever home. He never let us settle for less, and made sure what we bought was THE ONE for us!
