We were concerned about the appraisal, especially since I was selling one of the highest-priced homes in the neighborhood, but Gerald handled everything with confidence, professionalism, and patience. The staging and presentation of the home were phenomenal and made such a huge difference. I also had a great experience on the financing side working with James Gay, who did an amazing job as well. Everyone involved worked together seamlessly, and everything happened on schedule as planned, even when we expected possible delays or challenges. I truly cannot say enough good things about Gerald.
