Since the market is so crazy, some of our offers didn’t get accepted, but Carlyn kept encouraging and supporting us to not lose hope. Throughout the entire process we became really great friends. Always laughing with each other and sending little bits of encouragement along the way. It was so refreshing having a realtor who was around our age who understands what it’s like to be in your mid 20’s. We felt like we could always reach out to Carlyn, and she always responded so quickly! We never had to wait days for her to respond to our questions. Carlyn also did a fantastic job making sure we didn’t get taken advantage of by sellers in this crazy market. She was always fighting for us and doing everything she could to help our offers be competitive without sacrificing what was important to us.
