Serina is the total realtor package: knowledgeable of many intown (and outside the perimeter) locations; highly responsive; engaging and personable; connected to contractors, electricians, plumbers, roofers, inspectors, photographers, etc.; an amazing advocate and aggressive/no-BS negotiator. She held my hand throughout the selling of my condo and the purchasing of my new home. She never made me feel rushed or ridiculous for my preferences but would gently push to help me better define what I really wanted/needed out of a home. She also was a great negotiator with a no-nonsense approach to potential buyers/seller and lenders. I can't praise Serina enough for helping make the home selling and buying process seamless and kind of fun!

Our experience with Carlyn was amazing from the start! Her presence on social media is what led us to initially reach out to her to set up our consultation with her. When we were able to meet with Carlyn in person she helped answer all of the questions we had about being first time home buyers and what the market trends we should know. Even though we’re in the middle of a crazy seller’s market, she made us feel confident that we could find our dream home and still be competitive buyers.
