Serina is the total realtor package: knowledgeable of many intown (and outside the perimeter) locations; highly responsive; engaging and personable; connected to contractors, electricians, plumbers, roofers, inspectors, photographers, etc.; an amazing advocate and aggressive/no-BS negotiator. She held my hand throughout the selling of my condo and the purchasing of my new home. She never made me feel rushed or ridiculous for my preferences but would gently push to help me better define what I really wanted/needed out of a home. She also was a great negotiator with a no-nonsense approach to potential buyers/seller and lenders. I can't praise Serina enough for helping make the home selling and buying process seamless and kind of fun!
