Maria was available anytime by phone, by text, whenever I had questions she had answers. She is a perfectionist and it shows in how she presented our house, the wording in the ad for the house. She has fresh ideas and works very hard to get the job done correctly!

Brian was very instrumental in my husband & me finding our forever home. We lived in another state & Brian was referred by a good friend of mine. Brian made himself available, he was patient & was willing to go review homes no matter the location. When we finally found the home we were ready to make an offer on, there were 17 other offers submitted. Brian knew what to do & I’m happy to report we love our forever home. Brian is the best??

We have bought and sold several homes over the years, and Jill is one of the best realtors we have worked with. She was highly dedicated throughout the process and consistently communicated her marketing strategy, keeping us informed every step of the way. Jill hosted multiple open houses and provided thoughtful, detailed feedback after each one. What stood out most was her strong knowledge of the market and her confidence in our pricing strategy. Unlike many agents, she never pressured us to reduce the price when the home didn’t sell as quickly as expected. We stayed the course and ultimately received a strong offer. The entire experience was seamless, professional, and well-managed from start to finish. I would highly recommend Jill to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Working with Lisa means that you will have someone on your team that will provide you with knowledge and expertise in the field of real estate. I've worked with Lisa for three years and she was bound and determined to assist me with finding my dream home. I'm happy to report that she delivered on that promise and my dream became a reality in August when I was at the closing table right next to my team mate real estate professional, Lisa Ross.

Lyn did a fantastic job supporting us in our search for a new home. On a quick turnaround where we met Lyn for the first time at our first home showing. She had great local knowledge, gave us great recommendations, and even added our future home to our showings even though we were skeptical from the pictures. She was an amazing advocate for us and we would recommend her to anyone!

My husband and I are first-time homebuyers and had an excellent experience working with Marshall. We were referred to him through family and couldn’t be happier with that decision. Having recently relocated from Massachusetts, we were still getting to know the Atlanta area, and Marshall was incredibly helpful in narrowing down neighborhoods that aligned with our priorities—proximity to parks and restaurants, strong schools, work, and airport access. As first time buyers, Marshall also provided us with an education—on types of homes, the housing market, timing and inventory. All incredibly useful tools that aided in our search. Marshall was also transparent. He was upfront when he felt a property wouldn’t be a good use of our time due to known issues, which we greatly appreciated. He connected us with an excellent lender as well, making the overall process feel smooth. From pre-approval to closing, the process took about three months—fast, yet never rushed. Marshall also negotiated thoughtfully on our behalf, ensuring we were comfortable with the home purchase price, and in general ensuring we did not overpay within the community. Beyond his expertise, we truly enjoyed getting to know Marshall throughout the process. It’s clear he loves what he does and has a genuine passion for Atlanta, which made the experience all the more enjoyable. We would highly recommend Marshall to anyone.

I cannot recommend Erika Reid highly enough! From our very first meeting to closing day, she went above and beyond in every possible way. Her professionalism was evident throughout the entire process—she was always prepared, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the market. What really set her apart was how genuinely kind and friendly she was. She always made us feel like we were her top priority. Even when challenges came up, she handled everything with grace and kept us informed every step of the way. Erika was wonderful to work with in every sense. She made what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable and even enjoyable. Her dedication, expertise, and warmth made all the difference, and we’re so grateful we had her in our corner. If you’re looking for a real estate agent who truly cares and will work tirelessly on your behalf, look no further!

My husband and I have gutted (to the studs) and renovated three houses in our 30 years together, personally doing all the work and living in the midst of all the construction---WITH four kids and up to three dogs! We've worked with 10 different realtors on five real estate transactions in four states. These were not investment properties: these were all homes that sheltered our lives and held our hearts in one way or another. In other words: it has always mattered deeply how our property was handled. We've had some good and some painful experiences buying and selling houses, so I can state with qualification that Bianca is the BEST agent we have ever worked with; hands down. Here's what makes her better than the other nine: - She listens. She doesn't come into the relationship as a driver, touting her expertise, which she has plenty of. Her approach is to patiently guide the client where she's invited. - She is very responsive. (In fact, I might even accuse her of working too much!) But, real estate never sleeps, so I completely respect that an agent's availability can make or break a deal sometimes. Her attentiveness certainly benefited us when a deal got rocky. She also had no problem being persistent when necessary. - She is willing to get her hands (and clothes) dirty. My husband is our inspector due to his construction background, and Bianca climbed into dusty attics and dank crawl spaces, slogged through the jungle of a yard during a rainstorm, and proactively brought tools! She even got him some galoshes for one showing when he was flying in from NY to GA to see a property. - She is not over-confident. I sooo appreciate that she was able to share resources (including expert contacts) when we needed them and that she will chew on a dilemma before offering a solution or suggestion. - She has integrity. I've known Bianca since 1995, and she is as authentic today as she was then---just a little older and wiser---and just as beautiful inside and out.
