She was very helpful providing advice on renovations and decorating that would be worth doing and on which items we should leave ‘as is’. Monica always provided constructive feedback with sound explanations. She was always friendly, personable, positive and energetic. The end result was a contract at our full asking price without ever having to put a ‘For Sale’ sign in our yard. Shareen, was amazing and discussed the process in detail so I was not suprised when the little things popped up such as getting the home inspected and the amount of time it took to go through underwriting.
