CJ is a great agent who always has your back - he always has your best interest in mind and was able to easily handle a multi-contigent deal and help keep all parties on track. He is consistent with communication and updates, and does all the soft stuff extremely well. You cannot go wrong with CJ in your corner!

So they want me to say something nice about Mr Fergus, well let me try. First let me start by saying Fergus is the best agent I've ever worked with. His knowledge, communication and interpersonal skills are what you would expect from a professional agent who takes his job seriously. When he says he's going to do something, its done. Says he's going to be there at a certain time, he's on time. I believe his knowledge of this current market and contracts is what secured us our home. Without his experience we would not have gotten our home. There were so many other offers made on our home but Fergus made sure ours stood out among the rest. He made it look easy. Since then we remained in contact and have become really good friends. I wouldn't hesitate to call Fergus and work with him again. I highly recommend Mr Fergus as an agent, whether you're buying or selling, to anyone for your real estate needs. You won't regret it !
