She was never bothered by my many questions and encouraged me to understand everything. This is key! her ability to negotiate on my behalf was also great. As a buyer in a sellers market, that was crucial to landing a beautiful home, in a popular neighborhood, within my budget. She is very responsive, honest, and all around a great person.
