Buying your first home is such a daunting task to even think about but Karen walked with me every step of the way holding my hand and even wiping my tears when I was distraught. She was very flexible and patient at every turn and believe me there were soooo many turns. She always had a smile and a warm hug to offer when I was stressed or just wanted to see another house, and another and another and never questioned my decisions or choices. Even when the seller was being a little difficult, she made sure that I knew that I was her priority. Even after the deal was closed, I was able to call and get advise, assistance or just vent.. she always picked up and still does. I handled most of the process on my end, but Yanni made sure to keep my husband in the loop too, working around his schedule so he could still be involved. Communication was never an issue — she always answers the phone and makes you feel like a priority. As first-time veteran homebuyers, we had a lot of questions.
