Jeff is definitely one of the best agents I've work with, been working with him for 2 years and a half. Always a great experience, he always goes above and beyond. Walking definition fo an AN a player

We found Tava quite by accident. We were new to the area and were looking around for someone to talk to about renting (yes, renting). Tava was the only one that returned our call. We ended up renting with a different agency, but Tava kept in touch with us. She wasn't asking us to buy a house, just checking in and asking how we like Colorado Springs. A year later, when we decided to purchase, she was the obvious go-to choice. We've owned and sold homes in Indiana and Georgia; our experience with Tava was literally the best (not hyperbole). Tava listened and really got to know what we were looking for. We are SO glad we met her. Once, we thought we had found our house and had a home inspection. About halfway through the inspection, Tava told us that this wasn't our house (for a variety of reasons), and she was right! When looking for a Realtor, there will be no better choice than Tava. I promise, you'll thank me later.

Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Easy to work with. We had purchase this home a year or so earlier and found our dream home a few miles away, the issue was putting this house on the market and getting it sold as quick as possible and getting our dream home under contract.

If you haven't noticed by now that Edwina is my spouse and my belief is if an agent can list and sell their own property under as aggressive condition as this, they can do the same for others. This is where she exceeds expectations, she goes out of her way to get you to closing, no matter what side of the table you're on.
