I love how God places the RIGHT people in your life, at the right time to help “His Will” and manifested blessings come to pass. I was BLESSED to have the opportunity to work with Mrs. Shaknequa Richard in search of my home, as well as the selling of the exact same property. God truly allowed it to be a “FULL CIRCLE” moment. Homeownership can be a VERY STRESSFUL, OVERWHELMING PROCESS! However, working with Shaknequa alleviated a lot of these truths! She’s PROFESSIONAL, PERSONABLE, HONEST, INTEGRAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and most importantly PASSIONATE about her craft when it comes to real estate. She has been GIFTED & GRACED to work in this profession. If you need someone who you can TRUST & RELY on to get the job done, Mrs. Shaknequa Richard is MOST DEFINITELY your go-to person and you will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

Our family has had the pleasure of working with Jabari for the purchase of both of our homes and most recently the sale of our home as well—at the same time and in parallel with a purchase of a new home! (No pressure) Given the seamless process, partnership, and successful close of the very first home we found with Jabari, there was no doubt that we would always be one of his long term customers for all of our real estate needs—every time. The second time around was nothing short of the same exceptional experience and Jabari was with us all of the way with every turn and turbulent, advocating, negotiating, and communicating on our behalf to get us to the finish line and in the best position possible. This is hard to find but we are fortunate to have formed this partnership with one of the best real estate agent/brokers in Atlanta—Jabari Jones.

Adrianne was always available to communicate regarding the property, negotiations and price adjustments. She was professional while willing to lend a listening ear as we navigated the market changing and working to get the house sold. It was a single family home flip property. She provided contacts when various fixes were necessary as well! Appreciate her follow through to get it sold.
