my husband and i enjoyed working with Carl. He treated us like family and not just clients. He listened to our wants and needs and showed us just that. If i had questions he had answers. I would recommend Carl Batten to anyone who is in surch or an agent.....

Teisha was wonderful in helping us find our house. Not only did she work with us for over six months, but she also endured the countless walk-throughs and listings, even working with our low budget. She communicated effectively with the other agents and got back to us with sound advice. We were truly blessed to have her work with us to get us exactly where we needed to be. Thank you so much, Teisha (Niki)!!
