Nicole is amazing!!! Nicole has helped my husband and me with 4 homes for our family. It all started with being a newly engaged couple and Nicole being our leasing agent. She was so warm it was easy bonding with her. She was so patient with us and we had no idea what we were doing for getting our 1st place together. We had a pending deal, over asking price, with a back-up offer after less than 3 days on the market!! For our dream home, we ended up beating out other offers and still managing to have a great deal we were beyond happy with!
