I recently worked with this Agent to buy a home, and while there were some positives, there were also a few challenges that impacted my overall experience. Firstly, she is friendly and approachable, which made the initial stages of home hunting pleasant. They were always willing to show me various properties and were quite responsive to my calls and emails, which I appreciated. However, it became apparent that she is relatively new to the real estate industry. This lack of experience showed in a few critical areas. The lender recommended were not very professional or reliable. There were delays in communication. As far as the inspector recommended, I felt their inspections were not thorough enough, leading to some unexpected issues after moving in. While I believe she has potential and a good attitude, they would benefit from building more experience and networking with more professional service providers. For buyers looking for a seamless and smooth process, I would suggest considering these aspects before making a decision. Overall, she is dedicated and personable, but with some areas that need improvement. I hope to see them grow and refine their skills in the future.

Bill was excellent in assisting my husband and me in selling our home in Brookhaven right after the Covid-19 pandemic started. It was a scary and uncertain time, but Bill was there to help us all the way. We were selling our home while being out of Atlanta, too, but Bill did all the work to make it presentable for showings (he's pretty good at moving furniture, just FYI!). As we continued to view properties, Laurie was able to fine tune the requirements. Laurie worked around our limited availability and was always available to show a property.
