Martina was wonderful and found the perfect furnished apartment for my mother in less than a week's time! I had spent months looking on my own, but Martina is an expert who knows the area and really listens to your needs. She was extremely attentive and thought of everything, negotiating with the landlord, asking all the right questions, and guiding us through the paperwork process. I know that I have found a realtor that I can trust and will definitely use again when my mom needs to look for a house, or if I need to relocate. I don't normally write reviews, but the level of service and commitment we received from Konnie Yoakum was outstanding. She helped us through the difficult transition of relocating from DC to the Atlanta Metro area. Konnie began working for us before we ever knew we were moving for certain. She continued to stay with us through the 5 months it took us to sell up there, and buy down here. I should also note, Konnie's negotiation skills are 2nd to none.
