Very great and impressive

Cami is possibly the best Realtor we have ever used and we have owned many many properties over the last 30+ years. He is knowledgeable, dependable, honest. When you call him, he gets back to you almost immediately. He has his finger on the pulse of the industry and absolutely know his profession. The way he knows and implements all of the multi media advertising is a breath of fresh air. We highly recommend him and you would be doing yourself a huge disservice to ever think of using anyone else. Never will we use anyone else. Camilo is a real credit to the profession in today's market.

Victoria is an intelligent, resourceful, and trusted real estate resource. We were selling our IL home while living in another state, and we immediately trusted that she would take care of things. She attended to every detail. She treated our place as her own and staged it with thoughtful touches that accentuated all of the things we loved about living there. It worked. She's fantastic. Kyle and his team have done several jobs for us and everything has been perfect. We added hardwoods to our master bedroom and bathroom and retiled the shower. In our kitchen, we had the island repainted, counters replaced, backsplash replaced and a custom cabinet built to complete our ‘am/pm bar’. They also put hardwoods in our powder bath. Our home only had a 2-car garage, so they built us an architecturally correct detached garage to match our modern farmhouse…the garage is amazing. Finally, we had bought a 3-acre lot to build a house but decided to buy our current farmhouse instead. Kyle did a great job and the lot received an offer in 4- weeks after languishing for a year with a different realtor. So glad we got Kyle on the job! We highly recommend Kyle and the entire Fathom team! Thanks!

Bill has gone out of his way to make sure we understood all the details of selling. We work odd hours and he always showed up to meet us or speak with us no matter the hour or day(even on Sunday.) He was extremely knowledgeable of the market and was very patient with us, as we had many stipulations that he was very understanding of. He informed us at least twice a week on the market and the views the property was receiving. One call and we were able to hand all over to him with no worries. We sold for asking price and was only required to meet day of sell, he handled every aspect and it was fast and without any issues. We will always call Bill in the future and recommend him to anyone looking for an agent. I can’t stress enough how easy Bill made this process for us! We are very grateful to him and thankful of him going above and beyond what was required. 10/10
