Paul was very attentive to my wife and I home buying needs. Paul only selected homes that meet our needs. Every home met all our criteria and he never once pushed us into homes that did not meet our criteria. He was very patient, would provide his expert opinion on homes, pointing out good and bad features of a home. COVID -19 hit early in the process which slowed our home purchasing process. Again Paul continued to stay in touch, provided us regular digital updates and always available to show us properties of interest. We never felt Paul was pushing us or rushing us into a decision to buy a home. He was very supportive of us taking our time and purchasing the right home for us Paul was the utmost professional and we would highly recommend using Paul for your home purchasing and selling needs.

Hands down, Susan Fitzgerald is THE top of her profession for very good reason. She is an expert at her trade. This top notch professional often burns midnight oil and works seemingly tirelessly every day. She is extremely professional and incredibly knowledgeable about not only property and real estate laws, but also home construction and architectural design. Basically, she knows what sells and what doesn’t. Her advice is golden and her persona is so gracious as she works her magic in satisfying both seller and buyer. BTW, there is a need for more than 5 stars to sufficiently rate Susan Fitzgerald.

We really can’t say enough nice things about Jeff, he is the epitome of southern hospitality. When we moved from Colorado to Atlanta in late 2021 Jeff helped make the process vastly easier than we could have ever imagined. Renee is the absolute best! She is very very responsive and knowledgeable. She learns what you want and ALWAYS keeps her clients best interest in mind! She is honest and personable (everyone needs a good laugh from time to time). However, most of all I must say she is professional.
