Laila is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and down to earth. When she shows a house, she’s always punctual and professional and other agents know she means business. She’s very aware of what’s going on in the market here in the entire metro area and was patient with us as we were trying to figure out what we wanted. Even with a family of her own, she always made time for us with our millions of questions and was always as pleasant and cordial as can be...like I was talking to someone in my family. Now that we have our home, I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else negotiating for us. She got us everything we wanted which wasn’t easy in this market. I don't normally write reviews, but the level of service and commitment we received from Konnie Yoakum was outstanding. She helped us through the difficult transition of relocating from DC to the Atlanta Metro area. Konnie began working for us before we ever knew we were moving for certain. She continued to stay with us through the 5 months it took us to sell up there, and buy down here. I should also note, Konnie's negotiation skills are 2nd to none. You would be hard pressed to find a better realtor, who can offer the same level of personal service. IF we ever decide to sell our beautiful home, Konnie will be the agent selling it.
