My husband and I had an incredible experience working with Denise of Live Free Realty. We called and told her that we wanted to list our property on a Tuesday and she had pictures taken and the listing posted almost immediately. We had a few private showings and we had multiple offers significantly over asking after our Sunday open house. And we accepted an offer the SAME WEEK! We were able to close within a month without any repairs or contingencies. And ultimately we quadrupled our investment in just 4 years. Denise made every aspect of the process so seamless and even though we were not able to appear at the closing because of work she worked around our schedule to help us complete closing virtually. I can’t imagine selling our house with any other realty group. Denise was thorough, incredibly knowledgeable about the market, and catered to our needs. I 100% recommend working with Live Free Atlanta Realty!

Cindy went all out to help us while we looked at houses to buy. Then we decided to look for land and build, instead. She was always available to us either in-person, via email, telephone, or text -- 7 days/week. Cindy negotiated a good price for the land we eventually purchased, and also helped us out when the seller's attorney's office was not paying strict attention to the information needed for the closing. Cindy is a pleasure to work with. We consider her our friend. She's the best!
