Bill was excellent in assisting my husband and me in selling our home in Brookhaven right after the Covid-19 pandemic started. It was a scary and uncertain time, but Bill was there to help us all the way. We were selling our home while being out of Atlanta, too, but Bill did all the work to make it presentable for showings (he's pretty good at moving furniture, just FYI!). And he will be happy to learn that the orchid he suggested we buy to brighten up a space is still alive! You will not be disappointed with Bill as your real estate agent. This might have been the best experience I’ve had with any sort of consultant or agent. AJ was amazing and had excellent communication throughout the entire process . We had a few hiccups due to the seller and while I am a natural worrier, AJ handled everything from negotiation and more without me having to do much at all myself, putting me at ease. I could not have asked for a better realtor.
