Answered any and all questions, if we needed contractors had those numbers readily available as well. She even entertained our daughter while my husband and I looked through one of the homes. I had an approved renovation loan and man was the process laborious. From touring the properties, the HUD Consultant Reviews, to the inspections, to the strategy with the lender, securing an accepted offer...William was quite knowledgeable, honest, and patient. He would point out red flags of the home, aggressive in drafting and submitting my offers timely to get ahead of the competition and he was not self-centered. He wasn't solely focused on trying to secure a bag for himself. He definitely showcased genuine care and concern for me as one of his clients. My inspector even told me that I chose a great and patient realtor. William respects people. You will not go wrong in choosing him to help you in your property transactions!

The lender recommended were not very professional or reliable. There were delays in communication. As far as the inspector recommended, I felt their inspections were not thorough enough, leading to some unexpected issues after moving in. While I believe she has potential and a good attitude, they would benefit from building more experience and networking with more professional service providers. For buyers looking for a seamless and smooth process, I would suggest considering these aspects before making a decision. Overall, she is dedicated and personable, but with some areas that need improvement. I hope to see them grow and refine their skills in the future.
