Our realtor, Bob Glascock, was instrumental in guiding us towards our new home purchase. With my approval, Bob took control during some tense situations. Working together we cleared hurdles on price, inspections issues and mortgage approval. Due to the buyer and seller time constraints, there were several moments where my deal seemed improbable, but with Bob's expertise we got it done. From start to finish, it was obvious that Bob had our best interests at heart.

Bob was professional and easy to work with throughout the selling process. He provided thoughtful advice on pricing, made sure the home was listed widely, and handled showings efficiently. He was responsive and stayed on top of details from start to finish. Like most sellers, I wish the final sale price had been higher, but given the current buyer’s market, Bob was realistic and transparent about what we were dealing with. I appreciated his willingness to be straightforward, even when it was hard to hear, and his focus on keeping the process moving smoothly.

We’ve bought and sold multiple homes and rental properties with Bob and every single time he raises the bar. Most recently, he sold our condo in a building where other units had been sitting on the market for months and months. He came in, ensured our unit looked the part, priced it strategically, and we walked away with a strong cash offer. I’ve worked with other realtors and Bob is literally the best in the business. He just gets it.
