Our realtor, Bob Glascock, was instrumental in guiding us towards our new home purchase. With my approval, Bob took control during some tense situations. Working together we cleared hurdles on price, inspections issues and mortgage approval. Due to the buyer and seller time constraints, there were several moments where my deal seemed improbable, but with Bob's expertise we got it done.
