Jeff educated me on the important and benefits of home ownership about 2/3 years ago. I was extremely nervous about making such a huge purchased and continued to delay the process. Jeff remained patient with me and also kept me encouraged. When I finally decided to move forward with home ownership Jeff was able to refer me over to some extremely competent Brokers that also educated me on the brokerage side of the home buying process. As we began to look for properties I was extremely indecisive about what part of town I wanted to be in. Jeff showed me properties all over the metro Atlanta and was very observant to my my reaction to the different areas (I had no idea) and actually revealed to me what areas he felt that was more fitting for me. Jeff sent properties over to me about every 3/4 days and even was open to impromptu showings. Any email, text or phone call that I made received a response within 2/3 hours. Upon me going under contract, with a new construction, Jeff was able to negotiate several deals (that is almost impossible with new construction). Throughout the entire process Jeff displayed professionalism, patience and a sense of drive to ensure that I was completely pleased with my purchase. Another plus to having Jeff as a realtor is that he is an Atlanta native and is aware of all of the growth through the entire metro area as well as surrounding areas. My home buying process was extremely calming with Jeff as my realtor.

While there were several hiccups in getting the sale completed Viola persevered, doing everything in her power to get the sale closed. The response below on the sale price had to do with the appraisals not Viola.

Hands down, Susan Fitzgerald is THE top of her profession for very good reason. She is an expert at her trade. This top notch professional often burns midnight oil and works seemingly tirelessly every day. She is extremely professional and incredibly knowledgeable about not only property and real estate laws, but also home construction and architectural design. Basically, she knows what sells and what doesn’t. Her advice is golden and her persona is so gracious as she works her magic in satisfying both seller and buyer. BTW, there is a need for more than 5 stars to sufficiently rate Susan Fitzgerald.
