When my home in Cumming GA did not sell – I was not sure that to do so I called John Foster and he came right over. He explained to me process and the Cumming Real Estate market and walked me through the entire process. This meeting alone increased my confidence. John Foster knows our real estate market – and helped me get my home sold when the prior agent could not. He listened to what my goals were and helped me get what I wanted. After his photographer took photos and I reviewed the listing – my feedback to him was “It looks perfect”. That is how I felt. I highly recommend John Foster as your Realtor. I don't normally write reviews, but the level of service and commitment we received from Konnie Yoakum was outstanding. She helped us through the difficult transition of relocating from DC to the Atlanta Metro area. Konnie began working for us before we ever knew we were moving for certain. She continued to stay with us through the 5 months it took us to sell up there, and buy down here. I should also note, Konnie's negotiation skills are 2nd to none. You would be hard pressed to find a better realtor, who can offer the same level of personal service. IF we ever decide to sell our beautiful home, Konnie will be the agent selling it.

When it came time to sell our out-of-state condo for our recently widowed mother, Laura Dew was our first, and only call.
