Mitch was the perfect hire. 8 years ago I used another agent and I felt like I did most of the work. Mitch was the total opposite. Mitch knows the intown Atlanta market and we were able to make a purchase with only 3 short trips (usually 2 hours). He gave recommendations on a daily basis and we would choose from his daily emails which ones to actually see. He did such a great job we used him to sale our current house too. Both closed within 3 weeks of each other. He handles all of the communication with the other real estate teams and definitely reduced my time away from work. I put in a bid on the first home we saw (I loved it) but inspection report had issues and Mitch was honest and helped me make the right decision despite delaying a possible sale/commission for him. Got over ask on my current place and $70k reduction on the place I purchased. I highly recommend Mitch!

Erin is the perfect realtor for a first-time buyer like me! She figured out what I wanted and consistently found places that fit my needs. She never pushed me towards a single property and always was honest with me about the positives and negatives of different places. She is diligent and communicative. She found me my dream home and worked with me as I beat out several other offers to claim the property only 24 hours after my first tour! In this market, you need someone like Erin who will put in the work and make things happen for you

Erin was great in helping my fiancé and I find our first home. We found a place we loved sooner than expected and were able to successfully put in an offer. We’ve moved into our home and are loving it

Patti was extremely helpful throughout our home-buying process. She communicated clearly, was very knowledgeable, professional, and always looked out for our best interests. She made the entire experience much easier for my wife and me, and we highly recommend her!

Derek is an excellent realtor. We are out of State clients, and Derek went above and beyond the Call of Duty to send us videos of different properties, and keep us abreast of property availability, so that we were able to make the best choice. He utilized his market knowledge and great negotiation skills to get us a deal with which we are satisfied. At all times Derek was extremely professional in how he handled the process from beginning to end. Derek is a top tier realtor and human being, and we were blessed to have worked with him. We will be happy to refer him to friends, family and acquaintances who may need his services.

Very knowledgeable, clear communication and excellent marketing knowledge. Well informed and confident throughout the process. Displayed excellent professionalism.
