She was very helpful providing advice on renovations and decorating that would be worth doing and on which items we should leave ‘as is’. Monica always provided constructive feedback with sound explanations. She was always friendly, personable, positive and energetic. The end result was a contract at our full asking price without ever having to put a ‘For Sale’ sign in our yard.
