Going through our home before putting on the market, Toni provide terrific insight on what to spend money in preparation of our home. We would have spent money on house selling preparation that would not have impacted the selling of our home. She was very responsive to questions. In addition, she has a polite but direct way of keeping us on track with important details and discussions. She checked to a few times to assure or house was appropriately priced in are market and we closed our house well within the price range that was determined.

This was my first ever attempt at selling a house and much like the buying process I expected way more road blocks than I encountered. Temeka kept me abreast of everything and carefully walked me through the process. I honestly don't know how I would have survived without her, she is a God send and I would recommend her highly.

Ralph was very helpful in reviewing the purchase agreement and in making suggestions for addendum. He was accessible and responsive. He was very open to answering any questions and consulting us accordingly.

I would recommend Aladdin to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. As a first time home buyer, I have heard that the entire process could get muggy and stressful. Thanks to Aladdin that wasn't the case for me. He explained the entire process and potential roadblocks from the very beginning so that I would know what to expect.
