Both closed within 3 weeks of each other. He handles all of the communication with the other real estate teams and definitely reduced my time away from work. I put in a bid on the first home we saw (I loved it) but inspection report had issues and Mitch was honest and helped me make the right decision despite delaying a possible sale/commission for him.
