We bought this great house with Wil as our agent

We hired Dylan to sell our house. One of parents was dying, and we needed to leave quickly. Dylan handled EVERYTHING. The estate sale. Cleaning out what was left over. Minor repairs. All in addition to the usual stuff. We decided on a price relative to another house in our neighborhood. Given the way the market is slowing down, it didn't sell quickly. We lowered the price once and received a good deal -- about $15k more than what other realtors had quoted us. I would definitely recommend Dylan as a realtor.

Denise Kinzler is one of the most effective Real Estate professionals we have ever worked with. She promptly answers any text or call one has and comes up with a solution almost right away. Her knowledge about the field of real estate as well as homeownership is remarkable. We asked Denise to help us with narrowing down our home search and when we were finally between two homes to choose from she offered common sense suggestions that made our choice clear. For instance, in comparing the final two homes Denise made a good point about the Sellers’ upkeep of the houses that we did not notice. Denise is very detail-oriented and on top of the situation. And additionally, she is so pleasant to work with and always available. She found a 20 minute window in an absolutely busy day to accommodate my second visit of the day to the house so I could look at something I realized I needed to see again.
