So they want me to say something nice about Mr Fergus, well let me try. First let me start by saying Fergus is the best agent I've ever worked with. His knowledge, communication and interpersonal skills are what you would expect from a professional agent who takes his job seriously. When he says he's going to do something, its done. Says he's going to be there at a certain time, he's on time. I believe his knowledge of this current market and contracts is what secured us our home. Without his experience we would not have gotten our home. There were so many other offers made on our home but Fergus made sure ours stood out among the rest. He made it look easy. Since then we remained in contact and have become really good friends. I wouldn't hesitate to call Fergus and work with him again. I highly recommend Mr Fergus as an agent, whether you're buying or selling, to anyone for your real estate needs. You won't regret it !

I am very pleased with the expertise I received from the knowledge this young man displayed during my quest to find a new home for myself and my family. He worked very hard to find exactly what I was looking for and we found it . I most certainly recommend Rashad McClean to anyone that needs help from a realtor.
