I don't usually write reviews but felt I really needed to in this case. My wife & I reached out to and spoke with a number of realtors when we were looking to purchase again in GA. We don't typically use realtors in our real estate transactions...but thank God will found Kiki. I promise you she's not your typical realtor! She doesn't just send you listings & paperwork, she works with you every step of the way. Her customer service skills go way above & beyond. She's very patient, caring, and her light truly shines through from the moment you meet her. We met as strangers but have become returning clients, and friends. Thanks Kiki..!

I didn't know Angela before calling her about selling my home in Atlanta. I had received a flyer in the mail about a recent success she had in the area, and I figured that "the early bird gets the worm", so I called her. Her name begins with the letters A-N-G-E-L for a reason. She was everything that I needed in a guide and mentor in selling my home. Angela always had my goals and best interest in mind and never wavered from the objectives that we set forth early in our relationship. Her communication was stellar--open, honest, and without limits in the time of day or day of week. She was always there to advise and give comfort. Every word of advice was golden, and every dollar of investment she suggested I make in improving the house paid itself back in dividends of an outstanding sale price, multiple offers on opening weekend, and closing the deal in a matter of less than 4 weeks. If someone had told me a year ago that my house would sell for even $100K less than I got with multiple offers 2 days after it hit the market, I would have questioned their sanity. Angela made it all possible. My only regret in moving out of Atlanta is that I won't get the opportunity to work with her should I decide to move again in the future.

I am very happy with the way my family was treated and amazed that Karimah took the time to find out what we wanted as a family and did everything that she could to make sure we found the home that we were looking for. we never felt pressured to make a decision at any time and she listened to the feed back on all 20-30 houses we looked at before making the decision on the one that we ended up purchasing. she treated us like we were family and not just another commission she was going to make. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking to purchase. Also she was very knowledgeable about what the VA would accept with a home because they are so strict when it comes to the quality of a home that they will allow on a VA home. If my family is ever in the market again for a house we will definitely be contacting Karimah again.
