LaVonda contacted me immediately after being referred by an out of town acquaintance. After visiting a number of homes together, LaVonda had a great idea of what we wanted which helped save time along the process. we were apprehensive about purchasing a home while living out of town but LaVonda visited homes on our behalf and kept us abreast of any details. So grateful for the open communication and awareness.

Another time working with Ivy and her team at Ivy League Realty, and once again, she exceeded all expectations. Despite the challenges of a tough market, Ivy found creative and strategic ways to get our home sold. She didn’t just list it, she engaged with the community, hosted thoughtful open houses, and made potential buyers feel at home the moment they stepped through the door. She also staged the house beautifully, highlighting its best features and making it stand out in a crowded market. Her attention to detail, from professional photos to presentation, truly made a difference. Beyond her real estate expertise, Ivy has a way of making her clients feel valued and special including her signature touch: a customized gift that makes you feel like more than just a transaction. That level of thoughtfulness is rare. We’re grateful for Ivy’s dedication, her professionalism, and her personal touch. Definitely would recommend 10/10.
