My wife and I were looking to buy house through divvy. Not only was April pro-active in finding us possible homes every viewing we went to she would point out things to look for in a home and how to tell if the house had been properly maintained. About mid way through our journey April got severely ill, but continued to keep in contact with us and made sure we had a good agent to help us view houses in her absence. When we finally found our home (and she had recovered sufficiently) she orchestrated a quick and easy closing, working with us, divvy, and the seller to help us get a great deal on a house we love.

Kristen was absolutely the best realtor we've come across in my many years of purchasing homes. We highly recommend her expertise. I believe what sets her apart is her integrity and her peaceful personal approach to ensuring her clients needs are met. Some realtors tend to be a bit pushy to forcefully close a deal, her attention to detail and knowledge of Fayette County in this highly competitive market and limited inventory we were able to find exactly what we dreamed of and everything was closed and ready to go in a matter of two weeks in part to her enthusiastic responsiveness and negotiation expertise.
