When it came time to sell our out-of-state condo for our recently widowed mother, Laura Dew was our first, and only call. Upon our initial meeting, Laura came to the table with a vast amount of market knowledge, not just pricing strategies, but with an actual marketing plan to reach potential buyers from around the globe. From staging the unit and arranging for gorgeous photos-which became beautiful collateral pieces, to carefully helping coordinate repairs and ultimately even working with our hired movers, there was not a step she didn’t handle professionally and with just the right touch, as we not only sold a property but turned the page of a beloved chapter for our family.

Boston was a recommended to us by friends and words cannot express how grateful I am to have had Boston as our realtor. I literally cannot say enough good things about our experience. We used a VA loan which comes with its own set of rules. Boston helped us navigate all the hurdles and fought for us every step of the way. His knowledge and experience are not the only thing that sets him apart. His dedication to his clients, his attitude, and his communication are unparalleled. I cannot recommended him enough. Highlights: -Great person to have in your corner while going through this stressful process. - Amazing customer service and truly excellent at his job. - Very knowledgeable about VA loans and the VA process. - Super responsive and communicative. - Great recommendations for lenders, inspectors, contractors, etc.

I would give him 10 stars if I coukd. Adrian always returned my calls, was patient with all my needs, and always looked out for my best interests. I will definitely call him and refer him for all my home buying needs.
