We really can’t say enough nice things about Jeff, he is the epitome of southern hospitality. When we moved from Colorado to Atlanta in late 2021 Jeff helped make the process vastly easier than we could have ever imagined. He is a wealth of local knowledge and was able to help direct our search to areas we might otherwise have missed. We absolutely love the house we found and we owe that in large part to Jeff! Absolutely recommend Jeff to anyone looking in the Atlanta area.

Where do I begin, I first met Teresa eight months ago when, I found a listing online that I liked. She met me at the location and showed me the house and advise me of its flaws. For the next month, I reached out to her multiple times to look at some other houses. She told me she had a friend that was selling her house and she thought we would love it. She was correct. At 9 o’clock at night, she drove with us up to the house and showed us the property. This is where it all began. My house was a contingent sale on the other homeowners. Teresa put in unknown amount of painstaking hours between, sending me documents for me to sign (multiple times) to spending hours at an auction trying to figure out what was going on with the contingent property. She put in many more painstaking hours drafting up more paperwork for me to sign. This process went on for six months, but Teresa did not give up on me. She kept pushing through with a positive attitude and assuring me that she will make it happen. Even on the day of our closing, I had to throw her one last curve ball and what did she do? She hit it out of the park. I can now say she is more than a realtor to me, I do consider her one of my friends. I hope this review gets out to people so they can also see how awesome of a person Teresa is. Update after closing, to show you that she cares about you more then any other realtor does, she bought us a custom door mat with our last name on it and flowers to plant. She is just an amazing person!!! Thank you for everything you have done for my fiancé and I.

Going through our home before putting on the market, Toni provide terrific insight on what to spend money in preparation of our home. We would have spent money on house selling preparation that would not have impacted the selling of our home. She was very responsive to questions. In addition, she has a polite but direct way of keeping us on track with important details and discussions. She checked to a few times to assure or house was appropriately priced in are market and we closed our house well within the price range that was determined.

Gina Sharma was an excellent agent. The whole process was tough but she kept her calm and push through to make the sale happen. I don't think I would have the cool calm and professionalism she displayed going through that long length of time this took.

Worked hard and communicated all aspects of the transaction in a timely and easy to understand manner. Very pleased.
