My experience with this company still brings tears to my eyes as I think of how painless and joyful this process went... Feder was the 6th agent I hired and after the 1st meeting with him I was sold.... <br/><br/>What Feder did that other real estate agents didn't:<br/><br/>1) Made sure I was READY to buy. Although we all want to buy a home, it is important to make sure that we are not only financially prepared, but mentally ready for the responsibility. Yes sometimes renting seems to be a waste but buying is a responsibility that you may not be quite ready for. NO MORE ON CALL service men! And since that was my #1 pro of renting, Feder helped me change my thinking process about this matter... <br/><br/>2) He listened and ONLY produced results off of what I wanted!
