Hands down, Susan Fitzgerald is THE top of her profession for very good reason. She is an expert at her trade. This top notch professional often burns midnight oil and works seemingly tirelessly every day. She is extremely professional and incredibly knowledgeable about not only property and real estate laws, but also home construction and architectural design. Basically, she knows what sells and what doesn’t. Her advice is golden and her persona is so gracious as she works her magic in satisfying both seller and buyer. BTW, there is a need for more than 5 stars to sufficiently rate Susan Fitzgerald.

We just closed on our home! It was our first experience selling a home and Susan made it a breeze. We had several offers on our home within the first couple weeks of listing. She went above and beyond by: following up on every inquiring and list showing, initiating contact with interested parties, advertising in the most advantageous locations, using her experience and relationships to best serve her clients, always having the right/knowledgeable answer, and most important, Susan kept us informed and involved! She was available at all times, and I always felt like she was invested in our venture. I highly recommend working with Susan Hudson.
