We just closed on our home! It was our first experience selling a home and Susan made it a breeze. We had several offers on our home within the first couple weeks of listing. Susan fought to get us the best contract possible. She went above and beyond by: following up on every inquiring and list showing, initiating contact with interested parties, advertising in the most advantageous locations, using her experience and relationships to best serve her clients, always having the right/knowledgeable answer, and most important, Susan kept us informed and involved! She was available at all times, and I always felt like she was invested in our venture. I highly recommend working with Susan Hudson.
