My husband and I have gutted (to the studs) and renovated three houses in our 30 years together, personally doing all the work and living in the midst of all the construction---WITH four kids and up to three dogs! We've worked with 10 different realtors on five real estate transactions in four states. These were not investment properties: these were all homes that sheltered our lives and held our hearts in one way or another. In other words: it has always mattered deeply how our property was handled. We've had some good and some painful experiences buying and selling houses, so I can state with qualification that Bianca is the BEST agent we have ever worked with; hands down. Here's what makes her better than the other nine: - She listens. She doesn't come into the relationship as a driver, touting her expertise, which she has plenty of. Her approach is to patiently guide the client where she's invited. - She is very responsive. (In fact, I might even accuse her of working too much!) But, real estate never sleeps, so I completely respect that an agent's availability can make or break a deal sometimes. Her attentiveness certainly benefited us when a deal got rocky. She also had no problem being persistent when necessary. - She is willing to get her hands (and clothes) dirty. My husband is our inspector due to his construction background, and Bianca climbed into dusty attics and dank crawl spaces, slogged through the jungle of a yard during a rainstorm, and proactively brought tools! She even got him some galoshes for one showing when he was flying in from NY to GA to see a property. - She is not over-confident. I sooo appreciate that she was able to share resources (including expert contacts) when we needed them and that she will chew on a dilemma before offering a solution or suggestion. - She has integrity. I've known Bianca since 1995, and she is as authentic today as she was then---just a little older and wiser---and just as beautiful inside and out.

Alena was very knowledgeable about the market, and communicative throughout the process. She had numerous contacts with local contractors that greatly helped us.

Amanda is a soft spoken Georgia Bell that goes hard for you and get you the house you want. She will send you 50 houses a day and then say, ok let's go take a look at them. She comes with fact, details and honest opinions. She will find you that hard to find house with all your most haves. I highly recommend her.

After a VERY RUFF and disappointing experience, we had to seek another agent. We were referred to Mrs Leslie. From the first meeting, she made it her business to get to know us personally. Meaning, she was listening to us and not trying to make the "NEXT SALE" As a first time buyer, we needed the confidence patience and the EXPERIENCE, Mrs Leslie checked all. We GREATLY APPRECIATE her time, for every house we looked at she in listening to us knew if it was worth our time to go see. For every house we went to see she either knew the area/neighborhood to offer feedback if it the property would fit our ideal needs. Mrs Leslie, we thank you not just for your service in Military but we thank you GREATLY for your assistance to finding OUR HOME!!!

I recently worked with this Agent to buy a home, and while there were some positives, there were also a few challenges that impacted my overall experience. Firstly, she is friendly and approachable, which made the initial stages of home hunting pleasant. They were always willing to show me various properties and were quite responsive to my calls and emails, which I appreciated. However, it became apparent that she is relatively new to the real estate industry. This lack of experience showed in a few critical areas. The lender recommended were not very professional or reliable. There were delays in communication. As far as the inspector recommended, I felt their inspections were not thorough enough, leading to some unexpected issues after moving in. While I believe she has potential and a good attitude, they would benefit from building more experience and networking with more professional service providers. For buyers looking for a seamless and smooth process, I would suggest considering these aspects before making a decision. Overall, she is dedicated and personable, but with some areas that need improvement. I hope to see them grow and refine their skills in the future.
