My husband and I were moving from New Mexico and had no clue about the area or where to start searching. While searching around on the internet, I ran across several great reviews of the Denise Clements Team and called and left a message. My call was returned quickly by Abigail (Abby) Greenhaw and I could not have been happier! Abby was so friendly and full of southern charm! She knew everything about the areas we were searching in and made sure we knew the good, the bad, and the ugly about each place so we could make the best choice for us. Abby knew the ins and outs of negotiation, contracts, mortgages, etc. She always made herself available for questions. I still feel bad for the times I kept her up too late texting about listings (I kept forgetting I was in a different time zone.) I would totally recommend Abby to anyone needing a realtor. She is truly one in a million!

We decided to use Knock to help us sell our home. We didn't want to be inside the home and worry about leaving every time there was a showing. So, we had the pleasure of working with Eric on finding another home to purchase. He is very knowledgeable in what he does. He assists you in every decision and step that you make. Overall, the experience has been great. It was a smooth transition. We made the right choice and would recommend Knock to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home.
