He shared listings of houses for sale. Then we hit the road, visiting many different homes. As we visited the homes, Mr. Berry answered my questions, shared his knowledge of the home-buying process with me, and was very polite and respectful. He guided me throughout the whole process from start to finish. He was enthusiastic throughout the process, while allowing me to be myself in selecting the home I liked. There are no words to describe how amazing Kelly is at her job. There was not a day that she did not communicate with us to give us the updates of everything that was happening. Her way of telling us things using the right terms so that we could understand everything. She answered each and every one of the questions we asked her, regardless of the time. In addition to that, our first language is Spanish and Kelly translated every message she sent them so that we could understand exactly and there was no language barrier.
